What You Will Do
Add new products to the stores and price lists when new products launchRemove products from stores and price lists when items are made inactive/replacedUpdate pricing as part of planned price increasesUpdate OEM price lists and storesAnswer questions on historical prices changes, provide documentation as neededHandle store support issues and requests. Escalate tickets as needed to Oracle AppsAttend weekly Marcom and product launch meetingsDX pricing (new and updates) in multiple Salesforce environmentsEnter product information in ContentfulEnter and update country restrictions in Oracle for new productsPublish part number images on the storesGrant store access to new dealersSketchup promo codesJob Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of sales support experience in a customer facing environmentMinimum of 2 years using Salesforce CRMAttention to Detail: Possess a strong attention to detail and are able to think creatively and analyticallySelf-Starter: You are proactive in organizing your work and flexibleExcellent verbal and written communication in EnglishExcellent problem-solving skillsCollaboration: you will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with global teams2 years using Oracle advanced pricing, Order management modules is an advantageAbout Trimble
