Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking an Exercise Planner/Technical Writer to support multiple locations.For nearly 50 years, CSA has delivered integrated technology and operational support services to meet the defense and federal sector's most complex enterprise needs. Working from operations centers and shipyards to training sites and program offices, CSA deploys experienced teams, innovative tools and proven processes to advance federal missions.This position is contingent upon contract award.How Role will make an impact:

Refines/updates/synchronizes OPORD packages for specific training events.Requires the adjustment of OPORD packages to the appropriate echelon.Collaborates with MTC Government representatives other directed Government organizations, and the Training unit during the Event Lifecycle to develop the event specific OPORD package.What you’ll need to have to join our award-winning team:

Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active Secret clearance.Bachelor’s degree; completed the Army CGSC, ILE, the Army Warrant Officer Advanced Course, or the Army Battle Staff Course.Requires at least 5 years of related experience in instructional development.Advanced knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in technology-based training as well as the use and application of off-the-shelf tools and associated equipment and systems.Minimum of 5 years of experience with military training and training support, or Served as a Digital Master Gunner with ASI 5C identifier, or served as an Operations Sergeant Major or Operations Sergeant in a BN, BDE, DIV, or Corps command post.This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee.
