POSITION TITLE - MARKETING SPECIALIST

Key Responsibilities

Collateral Design and Production:

Create various promotional and informational materials.Design digital and physical signage, brochures, flyers, newsletters, event materials, social media graphics, and website content.

Copywriting and Content Development:

Develop content for website, advertising, email, newsletters, and other marketing collateral.Perform website updates and respond to website inquiries.

Campaign Support:

Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns for physicians, service lines, and brand initiatives.Support media plan execution and manage vendor relationships for ad placements.

Internal Liaison:

Coordinate marketing requests and deliverables through the project management system.Oversee new physician marketing process and manage provider onboarding/off-boarding.

Analytics and Reporting:

Track media placements, manage creative assets, and generate campaign reports.Maintain marketing dashboards and KPI analytics.

Brand Management:

Ensure brand collateral is updated and correctly posted throughout facilities.Manage signage and wayfinding systems within the health system.

Qualifications

Experience:1-2 years of relevant experience or strong entry-level marketing skills.Basic desktop publishing experience; proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.Strong writing and organizational skills.Experience with digital communication platforms, social media, and CMS; Drupal and Asana experience preferred.Healthcare experience is advantageous but not required.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or journalism preferred, or equivalent experience.

Licenses/Certifications:

Must have a current Montana State Driver’s License.

Detailed Responsibilities Breakdown

Design and Production:Develop and design promotional items (screen savers, internal signs, flyers, brochures, newsletters).Create event materials, social media graphics, and website visuals.Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and are creative and original.Content Creation:Write and develop messages for various platforms (website, advertising, emails, newsletters).Maintain and update website content and manage email inquiries.Campaign Management:Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies.Coordinate media buys and maintain relationships with media and digital vendors.Internal Collaboration:Act as the point of contact for internal marketing requests.Manage the development of external newsletters, including content creation and distribution.Oversee new physician marketing efforts.Analytics and Metrics:Track and analyze media placements.Create reports to monitor campaign performance and maintain KPI dashboards.Brand and Asset Management:Manage and refresh brand collateral throughout facilities.Maintain creative asset and photo libraries.Event Participation:Represent the organization at various events, ensuring professional and confident communication.

Tools and Platforms

Adobe Creative Suite (preferred for design tasks).Knowledge of social media platforms and content management systems.Experience with Drupal and Asana is beneficial.
