The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for developing product strategy and vision, product pricing, positioning and leading the product launches. The incumbent is also responsible for developing messaging, value propositions, and training the field and customers. He/she will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement integrated product launches, marketing campaigns and exceptional customer experience. They will monitor marketing performance, analyzes data and optimize marketing efforts. He/she will stay updated on industry trends and fosters innovation to drive the organizations competitive advantage.

Job Responsibilities

Develop product strategy and vision which includes developing a multiyear product roadmap.Create and execute plans to drive growth and profitability which includes innovation, pricing, product optimization and cost savings.Provides market development expertise to execute and accelerate therapy adoption for peripheral neuropathy patients.Develop in-depth marketing knowledge and remain current on product trends to include communication and solutions on how products are differentiated in the market.Work with the field to develop strategies for accelerating growth through direct and non- direct channels. As well as, partner with the sales team to meet revenue goals and ensure aligned sales and marketing strategies across multiple channels.Collect and leverage customer insights, competitive intelligence and business strategy.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, engineering or businessA Minimum of 8 – 10 years of relevant strategic marketing experience.Demonstrated knowledge, skills and experience in the design and execution of marketing, communications.Ability to travel as neededStrong problem-solving, critical thinking and decision making skillsStrong communication skills and ability to work cross functionally

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced degree/MBALeadership capacity5+ years of healthcare experienceKnowledge of the healthcare landscape, including understanding the VA, regulatory requirements, and compliance considerations
