About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced, action-oriented Product Marketing Manager who is all-in on increasing adoption. You will craft the narrative and create the campaigns that bring attention to new platform capabilities. You will create content that enables clients and staff to extract the most value from our platform. Your role deeply depends on and supports the Customer Success, Professional Services, Marketing and Product Design & Management Teams in our collective mission to transform community engagement.

What You’ll Do:

Learn from Product Managers how clients derive value from our platform and how upcoming features will help enable them to accomplish their key jobs to be doneDefine the communication strategy and story that connects product improvements to the needs and aspirations of our local government customersInform staff and customers of changes and additions in the Zencity product suite via in-product call-outs, emails, webinars, training sessions and the help centerDesign cross-channel product campaigns that address key challenges/opportunitiesWrite copy in both marketing and informational styles to support product adoption campaignsCoordinate an editorial calendar across product marketing channels that keeps the team in the loop on all product marketing activities and ensures no channel is overusedDefine rhythms and processes to optimize collaboration on recurring marketing effortsTrack, analyze, and report the success of product marketing initiatives against interaction, adoption, and retention KPIs, re-prioritizing future efforts around learningsConduct competitor analysis and monitor feature requests to stay up-to-date with industry trends, how we measure up against competition and customer needs/desiresCollaborate with the marketing team on shared initiatives and asset delivery that affects both current and prospective customersProvide guidance to the onboarding/training manager to ensure that their activities are cohesively contributing to the broader vision of engaged and empowered clients

What You’ll Bring:

3+ years experience in product management / marketing or related fieldCollege degree in Marketing, Business Administration or applicable fieldStrong organizational and task management skills to balance multiple projectsBasic capabilities in creating/editing screencasts / screenshots of product capabilitiesProficiency in conducting competitive analysis and market researchExceptional written and verbal communication skills, experience copywritingExcellent knowledge of CRM software and digital marketing tools and techniques.Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teamsFlexibility to collaborate with team members across time zones from IST (UTC+2) to PST (UTC-8)A passion to help local government organizations build resident trust and improve their communities!
