We take pride in providing great guest experiences visit after visit.Job DescriptionWe're looking for an individual that is driven, dependable, outgoing, fun, and passionate about craft beer.The ideal candidate would have experience working in a full service restaurant. The Taproom/FOH Manager will be expected to perform all the tasks associated with the operations of our taproom and restaurant. The Taproom is the primary way that our customers connect with our brand. Word of mouth is important and we know that happy guests talk to their friends. Whether they're posted up to the bar having a couple beers or out for dinner with friends, the experience that our guests have in the taproom is crucial to the success and growth of our business. This is a salaried position and is benefit eligible through our United Healthcare insurance plan (Medical, Dental, and Vision). We also offer PTO, a company cell phone plan (or reimbursement) through Verizon, team discounts, and shift meals!Responsible for overseeing all taproom operations including, but not limited to, supervising taproom staff, direct employee communication and training, and daily maintenance of the taproomResponsible for conducting opening and closing procedures in the taproom

Works with the General Manager, Taproom Manager, and Kitchen Manager to establish a strong team culture and create policies/procedures as needed to continually run day-to-day operations and exceed guest expectations

Responsible for day to day keg stocking, menu upkeep, tap board swapping and beer labels as well as communicating changes and stock updates with staff

Experience with Square Loyalty, MailChimp, Facebook, and Instagram a plus!

Exemplifies, upholds and enforces all procedures and policies and sets the tone for staff work ethic

Is able to fill in all missing roles and support staff needs throughout the shift

Responsible for the balance of daily cash flow

Regular upkeep and supervision of cleaning tasks and lists

Responsible for weekly merch stocking and regular re-organization/merchandising of items

Responsible for weekly drain cleaning

Displays basic knowledge of kitchen procedures. Should be able to support kitchen during busy times

Actively promotes ideas for improving the taproom experience including promotions, advertising and events alongside management team

Create and implement staff incentive programs as well as programs to build customer engagement alongside management team

Works with GM on POS upkeep/maintenance/updates

Timely email and Trello communication

Works with General Manager to set performance goals for staff and conduct annual performance reviews

Attend monthly management meetings

Able to work in a fast-paced environment and calmly react to and handle stressful situations and customer complaints

Able to develop customer relationships and provide outstanding customer service

Maintain a hospitable and positive attitude

Goal and detail oriented, organized and ability to multi-task

Able to work long hours (typically 45 hours or less per week, but workdays in excess of 8 hours), stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, carry and stoop frequently

Able to lift 40+ lbs and change kegs
