senior content designer , you're a passionate wordsmith, user advocate, and systematic thinker. A collaborative, multidisciplinary environment appeals to you. You want to help build the processes that you'll work within, and you handle shifting directives with aplomb. Above all, you'll uphold the tenets of leading with empathy and customer-centricity as you work with product managers, designers, engineers, researchers, marketing, legal, and senior business executives to transform end-to-end customer experiences.Responsibilities:Craft intuitive and engaging content for digital productsCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team to execute a cohesive content experience to align with our user and business needsAdhere and contribute to our content design systemGive and accept constructive feedbackAssist the broader team with copy needs for presentations and documentsShare knowledge and educate the organization about content design and best practicesRequired3+ years of writing-based work experience, with at least 3 years in content designPortfolio or work samples that demonstrate your skills as a content designer.
