Our employees are committed to the highest standards and therapies for the patients and clinicians in hematology, immunology, neurology, and transfusion medicine.The Associate Marketing Manager will be responsible for assisting on the development and implementation of the strategic and tactical brand plans across a specific brand(s). This role provides significant opportunity for leadership and ownership as the primary responsibilities will consist of general management, support of brand program creation, execution of key brand initiatives, coordinating / supporting brand content creation with an agency, supporting financial accountability and ROI analysis, and regular analysis of business performance.Responsibilities

Support the Marketing Director on annual Brand development and execution of brand plans and programs.Supports idea generation and contributes to identifying innovative, high value solutions for the productHelps develop programs and tools for optimal sales force effectivenessAnalyze brand performance, compile insights, and synthesize data into clear and compelling storylines with actionable recommendationsConducts product/brand training and supports the onboarding of sales new hiresCommunicates with and helps to manage the advertising agency vendor while ensuring deliverables are met, i.e. communication strategies, creative campaigns, brand refresh, messaging, creative briefs, promotional material including digital and ways of measurement.Work within cross functional team to use assigned resources to develop and deploy the product offeringAnalyzes customer and market research materials, assessing the impact of marketing programs, and develops innovative campaigns to drive brand recognition and growth.Manage logistics, marketing collateral, demonstrations, discounts, advertising, and Facebook schedule.Conduct category and brand marketing mix analysis on product positioning, distribution and pricing strategy/execution, promotion effectiveness, and competitive activityAlways-on tracking of traditional & digital media strategies / trends, demand territories and occasions, brand perceptions, competitor activities, brand and campaign performance, P&LSupport financial accountability, forecast process and ROI analysis through management of vendor purchase orders and marketing budget trackingContribute to quarterly brand updates and business reviewsEstablish metrics and KPIs to meet company targets.Ensure that the marketing processes, programs, and internal reports are developed, implemented, and effectively administered to be consistent with Kedrion’s corporate guidance and all regulatory, legal, ethical SOPs and that marketing plans are aligned across all key stake holdersAd-hoc duties as assigned inclusive of project management, market research and/or support to business development initiatives.Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Science, Economics, Finance or related disciplineMBA or other advanced degree is preferred.1-3 years brand or pharmaceutical marketing required. the scope of this role is one of the larger ABM remits and may be considered a ‘feeder’ into an eventual Marketing Manager promotionAgency management experience requiredStrong project management skills with demonstrated experience in working collaboratively across an organization, gaining credibility amongst peers, managers and agency and cross-functional partnersSelf-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environmentAbility to deal with ambiguity and provide independent thinking supported by fact-based rationaleStrong analytical abilities; experienced in identifying opportunities through analysis and bringing those opportunities to fruitionProven ability to deliver brand/marketing programs that align with overall Brand strategyHigh ethical standards, personal integrity and ability to build trust with teamsExcellent organizational, presentation and communication skillsApply creativity, innovation & out-of-box thinking to solve complex business / marketplace issuesAbility to effectively translate overall strategies into actionable operational plans and assure implementationWillingness/ability to travel domestically including some weekend travel for advocacy events or conferences as appropriate. International travel may be required
