The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging various social platforms to enhance brand visibility, engaging with our audience both internally and externally, and driving marketing initiatives that create an organization-wide impact.Primary Responsibilities:Social Media Management:Assist in creating, curating, and managing content for all social media platformsImplement comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and othersMonitor social media channels, respond to comments, and engage with our online communityAnalyze social media performance and suggest improvementsMonitor social media channels for industry trends and competitor activityAnalytics and Reporting:Utilize social media analytics tools to measure the success of campaigns and generate reportsAdjust strategies based on data-driven insights to optimize performanceCommunity Engagement:Foster and grow online communities through active engagement with followersRespond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media in a timely and professional mannerCampaign Execution:Assist in planning, organizing, and executing social campaignsWebsite Updates:Regularly update and maintain content on the company website(s) to ensure accuracy and relevanceEmployee Recognition / Celebrations:Owner of Bullhorn TV graphics and announcementsAssist with the organization and execution of celebrations for employee birthdays, work anniversaries, and other milestonesFoster a positive and inclusive work environment through thoughtful recognition initiativeCritical Attributes:Creative thinker with an eye for detailTeam player with strong interpersonal skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentProactive and resourceful problem solverPassion for marketing and staying abreast of industry trendsKey Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field3+ years of proven professional experience in social media management and digital marketing in a B2B settingStrong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practicesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.Familiarity with SEO and online marketing strategiesAbility to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
