Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Social Media Manager who will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy. The ideal candidate will be creative, data-driven, and have a deep understanding of various social media platforms. The Social Media Manager will play a key role in building and engaging our online community, increasing brand awareness, and driving business results.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company’s marketing goals.
Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Manage day-to-day social media activities, including content scheduling, posting, and monitoring.
Foster and grow our online community through active engagement and interaction.
Analyze social media data and metrics to track performance and optimize strategies for improved results.
Stay informed about industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and customer support.
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Monitor and manage social media advertising campaigns, if applicable.
Stay abreast of relevant news and trending topics to leverage for content creation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Strong creative and storytelling skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Experience with social media management tools and analytics.
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive and self-motivated with a keen eye for detail.
