this link .Overview of Position:Seeking a marketing coordinator with strong organization and administrative skills, attention to detail, and a service-oriented spirit. The ideal candidate excels in a fast-paced environment with diverse marketing and communications projects, working effectively with internal clients, problem-solving, and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Quick learning, empathetic, and supportive of stakeholders, they thrive in a collaborative setting.Key Responsibilities:Team Meetings and Task Support: Direct incoming requests to proper team members, track, and follow up.Invoice/Budget ManagementBD Visual Proposal Support: Coordinate with design and print vendors for covers, graphics, presentations, etc.Stocking and Distribution of Fulfillment Items: Manage trade show supplies, promotional items, and MarCom inventory.Photo and Video Platform Management: Archive and organize images in the MarCom platform.Press/Media + Social Monitoring: Provide reports, alerts, and ad hoc searches.Google Analytic Reports: Run and review for websites.Inquiries Handling: Monitor, track, and respond to website or phone inquiries.Support Other Team Initiatives as RequiredOther Duties as NeededEducation, Licensing, and Certifications:Education: College, university, or equivalent degree in marketing, communications, or related field required.Experience: 1-3 years of relevant work experience.Skills and Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, excellent written and oral communication skills. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva preferred.Travel Requirement: Less than 10% outside the immediate area.Pre-Employment Requirements:Drug testing and background checkTesting related to job requirementsPhysical Requirements:Flexible work schedules as needed.Work indoors in a well-ventilated facility.Office environment with a computer and telephone.Long periods of sitting, typing, or computer use.Transdev is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) employer and welcomes all qualified applicants.
