Engagement and Marketing Coordinator

Position manages our engagement and fundraising infrastructure and related communications.Responsible for managing organizational infrastructure of engagement and fundraising efforts

Manages systems for strategic engagement and participation trackingDrives strategies around Annual Giving and other fundraising through analyticsManages member database and CRM (ShulCloud)Coordinates community outreach efforts

Responsible for all organizational communications

Internal communications calendarWebsite and external calendar (WordPress)Weekly and stand-alone broadcast emails (managing Constant Contact system)Social media presenceEvent branding and promotion; posters, flyers, mailingsQuarterly magazine

Through the above tasks, supports Executive Director and all temple programmingThe ideal candidate:Will have a minimum of 3 – 5 years of relevant experienceWill have a bachelor’s degree or intensive relevant experienceWill be very comfortable and experienced with varied technology – job will include working with spreadsheets, database management, contact management systemsWill be a strong writerWill have some graphic design and marketing experienceIs proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Is familiar with Google applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)Is experienced with contact management systemsIs experienced with social media; experience with Constant Contact is a plusIs familiar with WordPress, or other website toolsCompensation:$55,000 - $65,000, commensurate with experienceShare this job
