The LexisNexis Risk Solutions Insurance Marketing team provides expert marketing guidance and specialized knowledge to vertical partners, sales, product management and other insurance business stakeholders to inform strategic decisions and support business goals. We’re seeking an experienced business-to-business marketer, dynamic leader and prolific communicator to join our team to develop and help execute strategic marketing plans for the life insurance and cross-insurance marketing programs.

About The Role

This role leads marketing strategies, plan development, and execution for our life vertical and cross-market solutions. It involves managing a team for activities: lead generation, content development, brand promotion, and event experiences. The position requires collaboration across functional areas in a matrixed environment to achieve revenue and profit targets for assigned solutions. Responsibilities

Developing fully-integrated strategic marketing plans with objectives in awareness, demand generation and retentionManaging a team to execute deliverables and tactics such as integrated campaigns, advertising, search and social marketing, email marketing, events, webinars, etc.Creating high-impact messaging and thought leadership content such as eBooks, infographics, whitepapers and moreIdentifying relevant, high-value events (tradeshows, user conferences, customer meetings and webinars) and ensure solutions and brand are fully represented to maximize event ROIOverseeing creative development of marketing materials and coordinate promotion activities through internal stakeholders, agencies and vendorsWorking with stakeholders up, down and across the organization for go-to-market product launches including development of communications, materials and promotionsManaging the budget and work with the marketing analytics team to track, and report marketing results across the teamHaving exceptional competence in project management and organization with ability to handle multiple projects/deadlinesCompleting other duties as assigned such as marketing deliverables for acquisition integration and product migrations

Requirements

Have Bachelors in Marketing or Business, MBA is ideal. Have 7-10 years marketing experience required, B2B marketing or technology fields idealCan serve as a strategic partner to business stakeholders; possess deep knowledge in areas such as digital marketing channels, analytics, emerging trends, brand positioning, market segmentation, or customer journey mapping; collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with our overall business objectives while actively engaging with stakeholders to understand their needs and offer recommendations based on industry-leading practices.Experience working in a highly complex matrix environment with multiple stakeholders and partners. Additional experience in technology startups and agencies ideal.Have Proven experience in effectively managing direct reports while demonstrating strong leadership capabilities in leading and developing high-performing teams; exceptional skills in setting goals, providing guidance, monitoring performance, fostering teamwork, collaboration, and promoting professional growth within their teams.Experience with lead generation programs including use of marketing automation tools. Proficient with content development and management. Proficient with digital and direct response marketing programs.Proven ability to optimize programs by leveraging analytics effectively to achieve defined goals; results-driven approach with demonstrated success in utilizing data insights to identify areas for improvement and implementing strategic changes that drive measurable outcomes such as increased efficiency, cost savings, or revenue growth.Have experience managing program budgets is preferred along with expertise in developing accurate financial forecasts and resource allocation.Have exceptional experience with digital marketing automations tools, such as Eloqua and SalesforceExperience with agency management, creative oversight and contract negotiationsBe an influential communicator with persuasive written and verbal communication skills, have a talent for conveying complex information clearly and concisely, ensuring understanding across diverse audiences.Have an acumen in strategic planning and executing integrated marketing programs, campaigns and tacticsHave expertise with event planning and activationHave the ability to travel as necessary up to 20% annually
