We are seeking a Director of Marketing and Sales to push our strategies to the next level and help us fulfill our mission: To help people become Saints.To apply, please submit your resume, cover letter, and salary requirements to careers@tanbooks.com.Key Responsibilities and TasksDevelop and maintain an 18-month marketing plan, including long-term promotional strategy, plan, and deliverablesManage and optimize the marketing budgetOversee the improvement and development of the company websiteProvide leadership and communication across various marketing functions such as web development, digital advertising, social media, affiliate marketing, and publicityCoordinate and manage marketing projectsConduct post-promotion review and analysis and communicate post-mortem lessons to the executive teamLiaise and manage the content marketing teamManage brand consistency, protection, review, and enhancementOversee tech rollout, review, and discoveryCreate custom marketing plans for unique productsKeep high visibility in industry trends, competitors, etcLiaise and manage the B2B sales team leaderCoordinate marketing plans with the business sales teamIntegrate the B2B sales plan into the marketing planRequired Qualifications and SkillsBachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related fieldProven experience in marketing and sales leadership rolesStrong project management skillsExcellent communication and leadership abilitiesProficiency in marketing technology and toolsIn-depth knowledge of industry trends and consumer behaviorReporting Structure and Team DynamicsThe Director of Marketing and Sales will report directly to the VP of Operations and willbe responsible for leading the marketing and sales team.Additional Information or RequirementsThe ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Travel may be required for industry events and conferences.The candidate should show a strategic mindset with a focus on driving business growth through innovative marketing and sales strategies.For more information on this position, please visit tanbooks.com/careers.
