Job OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic Director of Sales and Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales growth and increase brand awareness. Create a complete, end-to-end marketing strategy and solution for the company. Able to perform every task and function necessary to implement the marketing strategy.Must be comfortable with the firearms industry.Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve sales targetsConduct market research to identify new opportunities and trendsUtilize marketing automation tools to streamline campaignsAnalyze marketing data and metrics to optimize performanceCreate engaging content for various marketing channelsManage advertising and social media accountsOversee email marketing campaignsBuild relationships with vendors, suppliers, customers, dealers, wholesalers, etc.Requirements

Proven experience in sales and marketing rolesStrong knowledge of digital marketing techniques and social media platformsFamiliarity with budgeting and financial principlesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plusAdditional Information
