Job Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. You will manage various digital marketing campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and optimize efforts to achieve our business goals. This position requires being proficient with Search Engine Optimization (SEO); organic search strategy, paid search marketing, content optimization, key word research, and link-building.

Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and oversee PPC, SEO, and Amazon Ad campaigns, including keyword research, campaign setup, monitoring, optimization, content strategy, and technical SEO improvementsAnalyze site traffic and campaign performance data to continually refine strategies and improve outcomesStay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in PPC, SEM, and SEO to inform and enhance marketing initiativesCollaborate with creative and content teams to write and optimize ad copy, landing pages, and website content for both paid search success and organic search visibilityManage campaign budgets effectively, optimizing spend to achieve KPIs and maximize ROIResearch, write, and optimize product listings on our D2C site and major marketplaces like Amazon and WayfairMonitor the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, analyze results against predefined ROI and KPI goals, and deliver detailed reports to stakeholdersConduct A/B testing for PPC campaigns and SEO elements to enhance performance and increase conversion ratesEnsure cohesive integration of digital marketing efforts by working closely with Marketing and Sales teamsExperience with

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related fieldMinimum of 3-5 years of experience managing PPC campaigns and implementing SEO strategies across various platformsProficiency in Google Ads, social media advertising platforms, Amazon Ads and SEO best practicesStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisionsExcellent communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex concepts clearlyExperience with PPC and SEO tools such as SEMRush, Google Analytics, and Excel/Google SheetsExperience with managing products feeds and data.
