Creative and Content Marketing Manager

We’re Ash & Erie, the first major brand for shorter men. We’re a small team dedicated to helping men 5’8” and below look and feel their best. It goes beyond shirts, pants, patterns, and even fit. It’s the feeling of confidence knowing that there’s an entire brand that believes your height is perfect.We’re looking for someone who is excited to help scale Ash & Erie through unique advertising, content creation, and more. This person will have real responsibility and own key parts of our marketing efforts from day one.WHAT YOU WILL DO:Creative direction for organic and paid assets, both static and video.Plan, manage, and execute photoshoots, including location scouting, coordinating logistics, and sourcing and vetting photographers and models.Develop paid advertising creative briefs, source creative talent, and coordinate content creation.Provide copywriting and visual updates to website and product pages.Graphic design and video editing on raw content including editing photos, color correction, and cropping status assets and video editing video creative.Manage and create all organic social media, including strategy and content.THIS MIGHT DESCRIBE YOU:2 - 5 years of experience with a digitally native consumer brand, ideally in apparelGreat attention to details and deadlines with exceptional organizational skillsOrganized and motivated, thriving in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with smaller teamExpertise with Adobe Creative Suite preferredThis is a remote, full-time position open to anyone based in the United States.
