Freevee adds new titles to the service every month across a wide selection of genres, including comedy, family, romance, thrillers, science fiction, documentaries, and horror. To help us achieve this vision, we are looking for a Marketing Manager to join the Freevee Originals marketing team and support defining our marketing and launch strategies for Freevee Originals.Job ResponsibilitiesDrive 360- campaign planning, building work back plans for deliverables, and working closely with all internal stakeholders including, but not limited to, Amazon owned and operated, media, social, PR, partnerships and promotions, legal, research, production, business development, ad sales, and other relevant teamsWork collaboratively with various teams and series stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and overall success; provide creative direction and feedback to teams to ensure all is on brand and aligns with campaign and brand strategyCreate and own goals and performance metrics for campaigns; monitor regularly to understand effectiveness of strategy and creative, making recommendations for continuous improvementBring big ideas to the table, and inspire others to deliver bar-raising, best in class ideas and plans, obtaining buy-in and effectively and efficiently implementing ideas at scaleOversee project budgets and work with team to track and forecastPresent to senior leadership regularly to update on key metrics and progress to goals; set mechanisms to operationalize timely status updates for titlesCultivate positive relationships with appropriate agencies, companies, talent, executive producers, external studios and other relevant stakeholdersCompile, analyze, and present performance metrics, identifying opportunities to enhance campaigns and improve performance – Work effectively across organizational boundaries to define, manage, and prioritize workRequirements3+ years of Marketing experience, preferably within entertainment/streaming industryMust be familiar with tools like Asana, MS Outlook, Smartsheet(Tableau)Prior experience with Product Launch Marketing tasksStrong time management and communication skillsMUST be located in the Pacific Time Zone, preferably LA or SeattleRhoback is looking for a pro-active, trustworthy, and analytically hungry FP&A Analyst to join our finance department with a primary focus of managing Rhoback’s Inventory forecasting, purchasing, and tracking.
