Through a wide range of marketing and communications services to external audiences and coordination with internal teams, you will position EY as an insightful leader in the sector. Your target audience will include current and future clients, our current and future employees, alumni, regulators, the media, and the communities within which we operate.The opportunityYou’ll have the opportunity to inform and implement the power and utility sector’s marketing strategy and initiatives for their respective practices. You’ll oversee the successful implementation and quality of the sector’s go-to-market marketing initiatives.Your key responsibilitiesContribute to the development of the sector’s marketing strategy and execute marketing campaigns.Track the ROI of the marketing initiatives.Oversee thought leadership, events, marketing automation, newsletters, paid media, social, and more as it relates to the sector’s marketing campaigns.Skills and attributes for successAbility to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal project stakeholders and build trust with external stakeholders.Adept at creating strategic, targeted, and impactful go-to-market initiatives.Possess relevant market insight respective to your function.Strong understanding of factors affecting the sector, our firm, the practice, and our markets.Adept at coordinating the creation of area marketing collateral and brochures.To qualify for the role, you must haveSeven-plus years of experience.Bachelor’s degree with a marketing or communications major or equivalent experience; MBA is a plus.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to articulate complex subject matter in a straightforward and concise manner.Possesses poise and confidence to professionally interact with all levels of leadership.Ability to oversee significant portions of major or highly complex projects.Ideally, you’ll also haveAbility to team and collaborate with practice, industry, and other firm leaders.Ability to work independently on marketing initiatives.Demonstrated teamwork and leadership skills.Ability to work with anchor service line or industry representatives.What we look forWe’re looking for individuals who have strong business acumen and personal leadership.
