research research YouTube analytics and assist senior media buyers in campaign setup within the Google Ads platform; Reporting data in presentations to team. Translate complex data and make digestible; Look at data and provide insights. Excel pivot tables. Nice to have: Data studio.

El Segundo, CA , and is

on-site 4-days per week.Marketing Data Analyst (Paid Social, Paid Search) Responsibilities:Conduct Competitive and Market Research: Continuously monitor competitor activity and identify relevant macro trends to inform campaign optimization recommendations.Implement Real-Time Performance Optimization: Leverage data insights to make adjustments to campaigns in real-time, ensuring optimal channel performance and media efficiency.Foster Integrated Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) teams to develop and execute high-performing YouTube paid media campaignsSupport Senior Media Partner Campaign Management: Contribute to Brand Reporting: Assist Senior Media Partners in compiling and presenting weekly performance reports for each brand during designated reporting calls.Marketing Data Analyst (Paid Social, Paid Search) Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a demonstrably relevant field is preferred.A minimum of 1-2 years of overall experience is required, with a demonstrably successful track record in

YouTube media buying

and execution for 1-2years.
