Currently, we are hiring a Marketing & Community Outreach Associate to help with our community based outreach campaigns. This role is pivotal in driving customer enrollment and expanding our client’s reach within the community. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of marketing expertise, presentation or public speaking skills, and a passion for community outreach.

General Responsibilities:

This role involves direct customer engagement, with a focus on enrolling eligible customers in telecommunication servicesAct as a liaison between the community and our clients servicesWork with fellow team members to brainstorm new strategies to expand brand awareness within the communityCollaborate with team members and management to meet or exceed enrollment goalsStay up to date on all client information

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

Some experience in marketing or customer service based roles, preferably in the telecommunications industry preferredExceptional organizational skillsComfortable multi-tasking in a fast paced environmentStrong communication skills skills and the ability to engage with a variety of audiencesHigh-school diploma or equivalent
