link.Position SummaryMonmouth University is seeking applications for an Assistant Director of Creative Content in the Athletic Department.The candidate would be expected to work alongside the Director of Creative Content and Executive Associate Athletics Director for Communications and Digital Media to produce high-level video content for the promotion of the Monmouth University Department of Athletics and its Division programs. Content includes but is not limited to highlights, interviews, features, in-venue fan engagement for video boards, media day and preseason previews, and end-of-year recaps.This position may qualify for the University’s Regular Remote Work Policy.Required Skills or SoftwareMust have an understanding of the University's concern for academics as well as athletic excellence.Basic knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite.Experience shooting video in sports.Experience with video production editing.Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.Ability to work evening and weekend hours and travel as necessary.Preferred QualificationsExperience with graphic design, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.Experience shooting video in a collegiate athletics setting.Experience editing video for social media and in-venue use.Job DutiesWork alongside the Director of Creative Content to produce and edit video for Monmouth’s Division I Athletics programs.Shoot and edit game previews, highlights, features, and content for in-venue video boards.Create engaging content to be shared on the department’s official platforms, including website and social media.Archive content including finished projects.Stay up-to-date with current technology and best practices.Responsible for adhering to policies and procedures governing the Department of Athletics and the University and any applicable rules and regulations associated with the NCAA, CAA, and any other conferences or organizations affecting University Athletics.Work in a flexible, collaborative manner in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict deadlines.Other duties as assigned.Supplemental Questions* Do you have a Bachelor's Degree?
