This position is not approved for sponsorshipWhat you can expect:As a Senior UX Manager, you will work with Product and Engineering partners to understand and analyze requirements & user jobs. You will also explore and validate design solutions. You will serve as the Design Manager, reporting to the Sr. Design Manager for Zoom's Enterprise Communication Suite, which includes Zoom Phone, Zoom Contact Center, the Zoom Virtual Agent, and other communication products. Together we will seek to produce quality work in a fast-paced environment, with satisfaction and joy.About the Team:Zoom's enterprise communication customers range from large corporations to SMBs, including front line workers, sales teams, law firms, executives, agencies, schools, and sports teams. Each has a diverse set of needs, from complex call routing, AI-insights, in-call content derivation, to video, SMS, shared lines, in-field devices and more. Phone and Contact Center as a software service is a multi-billion dollar market. Zoom has quickly become the market leader and is looking for an experienced design leader to join the team.What we’re looking for:Experience (10+) in user-centered design, ideally in an enterprise environmentExperience in telephony systems and domain knowledge in UCaaS environment, especially cloud-based calling systems and/or contact center scenarios.Experience serving as a Design LeadExperience managing peopleExperience building cross-functional partnerships and trust across a multidiscipline businessExperience with interactive UX/UI design and methodologiesExperience with Figma (our primary tool)Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.Salary Range or On Target Earnings:Minimum: $140,400.00Maximum: $324,500.00In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed, Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration base salary, bonus, and equity value.Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.We also have a location-based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.Anticipated Position Close Date:
