Account Manager

to join our team!Here’s what you would be doing day-to-day:Manage accounts, program goals and budgetsDrive client calls, team planning sessions, end-of-month reporting and invoicingCreate, edit and manage content developmentConceptualize inventive influencer strategies and drive influencer engagementServe as a key contributor in new businessCultivate the agency’s sphere of influence with agency peers, VCs, etc.Manage 1-2 direct reports as well as mentor Associates and Senior AssociatesQualifications include:A minimum of 6 years of communications or PR experience, preferably with technology companies or related industriesDemonstrated experience developing, directing and executing strategic communications programs that blend PR, content marketing, social media and dataExperience helping disruptive technology companies develop compelling messaging, storylines and thought leadership platformsEstablished relationships with top-tier trade media and bloggers, vertical market media and national and local business mediaAbility to travel to and from client/new business meetings as appropriateKnowledge in any of our practice areas:FintechLife SciencesTrust (Cyber Security)Commerce & Supply Chain (Retail/Marketing/Sales Tech)Future Stack (Enterprise)Future of WorkCorporateBonus points for any of the following:Experience running integrated PR programs, including paid contentExperience with enterprise technology companiesExperience with financial services companiesExperience with cybersecurity companies/technologyWhat makes us Mission North?We’ve built an award-winning culture of curiosity and experimentation.
