And that’s the kind of work we want to be part of.The Digital Commerce organization at Lonza’s Capsule & Health Ingredients (CHI) is driving a digital transformation across the division and is seeking talented, entrepreneurial thinkers to join the team. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing, Associate Director to lead product marketing, support change management and training initiatives, and oversee key operational functions including customer service for digital channels.This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for driving growth, operational excellence, and excellent communication skills as they work with customers and cross-functional stakeholders. Successful candidates must be able to work at a strategic level, developing innovative solutions to further CHI’s digital transformation, and at a tactical level, analyzing data, solving problems, and leading collaborative teams.Key responsibilities:Lead product marketing for CHI’s e-commerce portal and digital channels:Work with digital commerce, corporate communications, sales, revenue operations, and more to create compelling marketing campaigns and content for e-commerce and other digital channels.Develop and deploy product launch toolkits in support of new feature launches for CHI’s e-commerce portal.Support the front-end development of e-commerce portal by working with agencies and other stakeholders to ensure a customer-centric UX.Execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote CHI’s e-commerce portal and other digital channels.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.Lead change management and training initiatives for CHI’s e-commerce portal and digital channels:Act as the main point of contact for training and change management of digital tools for customers and internal stakeholders.Develop and implement change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during new e-commerce and digital tool feature launches.Create and deliver training programs to educate colleagues on new tools and processes.Monitor and evaluate the impact of training and change management programs.Operational management of e-commerce portal and digital tools:Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop new customer journeys and personas.Lead testing with pilot customers and colleagues, incorporating feedback and driving data-based decisions.Implement and manage customer feedback loops to improve the customer experience with CHI’s e-commerce portal.Develop standard operating procedures for customer service and support functions.Drive a collaborative and accountable culture, supporting colleagues and customers in CHI’s digital transformation.Share best practices and insights with the team, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.Key requirements:Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and communication skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.Experience with digital product launches and product marketing.Experience developing customer personas and journey maps.Experience with change management and training in large B2B organizations.Experience with e-commerce and understanding of marketing automation platforms.Entrepreneurial thinker and team player.Life Sciences/Biotech experience preferred but not required.Required Education:Bachelors in science, IT, Business, Marketing, or Communications.Preferred:

Masters in Business, Marketing, Communications, IT.Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including the location of the successful candidate, qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and job-related knowledge.
