Role Overview:

We seek an energetic, self-motivated, and inspirational Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This individual will be crucial in growing our brand awareness in the US, working closely with the Vice President, Digital Project Manager, Professional Relations Manager, and the internal Customer Care team. The ideal candidate will have a blend of B2C and B2B marketing experience, be well-versed in the latest digital technologies, and be ready to take on both daily tasks and long-term strategic initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Daily Responsibilities:Develop and execute marketing

campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and

digital advertising.Coordinate with the Digital

Project Manager to ensure timely delivery of creatives and manage

e-commerce backend issues.Collaborate with the Professional

Relations Manager to create and promote educational content for dental

professionals and consumers.Monitor and analyze campaign

performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights.Engage with the internal Customer

Care team to gather feedback and improve marketing strategies for the

dental channel.Manage social media accounts,

creating and scheduling posts to increase engagement and brand awareness.Weekly Responsibilities:Conduct market research to

identify new opportunities and trends in the dental and consumer markets.Work with the team to develop and

refine marketing strategies that align with business goals.Participate in team meetings to

discuss campaign progress, challenges, and new ideas.Coordinate with national

retailers on marketing initiatives and promotions.Monthly Responsibilities:Plan and execute promotional

email campaigns, balancing educational, promotional, and engaging content.Assist in developing and managing

the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.Review and optimize e-commerce

performance, focusing on Amazon and other key platforms.Collaborate with the Digital

Project Manager to update website content and improve user experience.Long-term Responsibilities:Develop and implement annual

commercial plans and long-term marketing strategies.Coordinate international travel

and representation at key European and US industry events.Foster relationships with key

stakeholders, including national retailers and dental professionals.Stay current with digital

marketing trends and technologies to improve marketing efforts continuously.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing,

Business, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in B2C

and B2B marketing.Strong knowledge of digital

marketing, e-commerce, and social media platforms.Excellent communication and

interpersonal skills.Ability to travel within the US

and internationally to Europe twice a year.Proven track record of developing

and executing successful marketing campaigns.Highly organized, self-motivated,

and able to work independently as well as part of a team.Preferred Skills:Experience working with national

retailers and managing e-commerce platforms.Knowledge of the dental industry

is a plus.Proficiency in marketing tools

and software (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, email marketing

platforms).
