Your Role

As our Marketing Administrative Project Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our Business Development team. Your primary focus will be on marketing activities, particularly coordinating conferences and events, while overseeing special projects and other administrative tasks. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong follow-through, proficiency with various software applications, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive marketing administrative support to your supervisor and team membersAssist with business development activities, including RFP/proposal preparation and managing SalesForce contactsTake the lead in coordinating conferences, events, sponsorships, and meetingsManage diverse business development administrative projects as neededMaintain a high level of accuracy and organizational proficiency in all tasks

Work Environment

This is a full-time position with a hybrid work arrangement. We value in-person collaboration and require your presence at our Raleigh, NC office two days per week (Tuesdays and Thursdays).

Ideal Candidate Profile

Minimum of three years of related administrative experienceProven marketing experienceExpert proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook), virtual media platforms, Adobe Acrobat, and social media web platformsFamiliarity with SalesForce, SharePoint, and survey softwareExperience in setting up, facilitating, and monitoring meetingsExceptional written and verbal communication skillsStrong customer service orientation with a drive to exceed expectations
