Marketing CoordinatorOverviewWe are a fast-growing healthcare technology company seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This position will work directly for the Director of Marketing to help execute the Company’s overall marketing strategy.This individual will work closely with existing agencies, creators, and partners on a wide range of tasks - and be responsible for our organic social media strategy. You will also help optimize our existing email marketing strategy.It is critical that the right candidate possesses strong writing skills, excellent attention to detail, is self-motivated, curious, and hungry to learn and improve. Being coachable is a huge plus.This role is engaging, dynamic, and really interesting - with a lot of room for growth. The ideal candidate will be eager to prove value through consistency and follow-through.Responsibilities and DutiesWork closely with various agency partners to ensure seamless handoff of ongoing marketing initiativesWork with Director of Marketing to scale existing email campaignsBe responsible for our organic social strategy across Facebook, Reddit, Instagram, TikTok, SnapChat - and other platforms.Assist in market research and UI/UX projects - and use those findings to guide our overall marketing strategyHelp uncover new and emerging market opportunitiesPerform other marketing and/or operational tasks when neededQualificationsBachelor’s Degree (BA) RequiredMinimum 2-3 years of marketing experience - including social media marketingExperience working for a marketing agency is a plusExperience working with influencers is a plusFamiliarity with ESPs such as Klaviyo, Emarsys, or Listrak is a huge plusFamiliarity with Google AdWords and other forms of paid search marketingStrong familiarity with Google Analytics - and the ability to understand data and build useful reportsFamiliarity with MarTech is a plusExcellent project management and time management skillsSelf-motivated with a prideful work ethicHighly organized and detail orientedCreative and out of the box thinkerJoin our dynamic team and help us create impactful collaborations with influencers to expand our brand reach and drive meaningful engagement with our target audience.

This role is full-time in our Austin office.
