As an Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Manager, you will be instrumental in enhancing our online visibility and driving organic traffic to a fashion brand’s e-commerce platforms. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization strategies that improve its organic search rankings. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, content optimization, and link-building strategies. You will work closely with marketing, content, and web development teams to ensure that the digital presence aligns with the fashion brand's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement SEO Strategies:

Create and execute comprehensive SEO strategies that improve organic search performance on our e-commerce platforms, including Amazon and Shopify.

Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities and gaps relevant to girls' ballet and women's activewear.

Optimize website content, including product descriptions, blog posts, and landing pages.

Monitor and Analyze Performance:

Track, report, and analyze website metrics and SEO performance.

Provide actionable insights to improve ranking and increase web traffic on both Amazon and Shopify.

On-Page and Off-Page Optimization:

Implement on-page SEO techniques such as meta tags, header tags, URL structure, and image optimization.

Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies including link-building and outreach.

Technical SEO:

Collaborate with UX designers to ensure best practices are effectively implemented in new design features.

Perform ongoing technical SEO audits and troubleshooting.

Content Collaboration:

Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are incorporated into content creation and marketing.

Provide SEO guidance to content creators to produce high-quality, search-friendly content.

Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends:

Stay informed about the latest SEO, digital marketing trends and changes in search engine algorithms.

Educate the wider team on SEO and digital marketing trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

Essential skills, experience, and qualifications required to apply:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

3+ years of proven SEO experience, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.

Strong understanding of SEO principles, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.

Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and etc.

Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).

Nice-to-have (but not required) skills, experience, and qualifications:

Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., Shopify, WordPress).

Experience with optimizing for Amazon's search algorithms (A9) is a plus.

Excellent analytical, organizational, project management, and time management skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
