Position DescriptionAs a

Creative Consultant

at Lippincott, you will play an integral role in shaping today’s leading brands and bringing them to life through strategy, experience, innovation, and design. You will apply strategic, analytical, and creative thinking on a daily basis to solve challenges for clients. You will also consult across industries, addressing a range of topics including brand positioning, brand messaging, brand architecture, naming, and marketing and customer strategy.

On any given day, you could be naming an AI digital assistant, revitalizing a leading retailer’s positioning or crafting an airline’s customer and employee experience. We’ll encourage you to think and work in new ways.Once here, you can expect to:Apply innovative thinking and problem-solving to complex challenges

Research customer needs through focus groups, day-in-the-life studies, interviews, and more

Generate quantitative and qualitative insights, and weave them together into a compelling story

Perform comprehensive brand experience audits across multiple touchpoints

Translate strategy solutions into culture, business, and experience innovations for purpose-driven brands.

Collaborate across external client and internal Lippincott teams

Integrate design thinking and creative concept development into your work

You work effectively and professionally in a team setting – including with clients

You are proficient in PowerPoint and Excel

Eligibility:To be considered for this position, you must:Be a college senior receiving your bachelor's degree in spring or summer of 2025

Have a GPA of 3.4 or higher

Have unrestricted eligibility to work in the United States

The applicable base pay for this role is $82,000.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position will be eligible for performance-based incentives.
