Under the direction of the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing, the Digital Media and UX Designer will be responsible for creating and evolving the templates and content design across all consumer-facing, managed digital interfaces, including but not limited to email, web, and applications but with a primary focus on email templates. They will also be responsible for ensuring healthy SEO, in partnership with content writers, the senior UX designer and collaborating with digital and strategic marketing peers to ensure Versiti shows up as a leader in its industries from a brand, search, and technical positioning. They will have a proven history of successful design in omni-channel and CMS systems, devices and responsive digital environments, with a focus on email and websites, and possess the ability to communicate the rationale for technology and designs based on their understanding of the broader digital ecosystem. This role will support digital marketing, digital design, SEO, and automation deliverables for Versiti brands and will contribute to the development and maintenance of digital marketing style guides, training, organizational assets, and work-flow governance.Responsibilities

Creates and deploy elegant design and development of responsive web, email, and apps, their seamless deployment and maintenance. In addition management of CMS systems and user access to: web, email, applications where applicable.

Performs front-end UX design and develops user stories for agency UX development and corresponding test scripts to ensure clean digital launch across user types and platforms.Communications * Partners with Strategy, Creative, and Digital Marketing Team and ensures content on web is live for social to be shared as part of monthly communications including, but not limited to: photos, news, events, organizational information from partners, etc. * Partners with creative services to create & deploy engaging, on-brand original digital design content * Updates and maintains internal communications channels including marketing intranet and project management sites * Ensure the organization's online web messaging and tone communicates organizational priorities and accurately represents Versiti brandsCross-Functional Collaboration * Actively collaborates and communicates with segments to build digital environments that meet organizational goals * Leads timely fulfillment and delivery of web-based and digital interface projects * Reports on programs results and analytics * Training of teams on segment owned systems and environments as appropriate * Develop and maintain positive, productive relationships with cross-departmental teams including marketing and IS staffParticipates in professional education to keep up to date on relevant developments in the field, stays current with relevant emerging digital technologies and trends.Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties in this job classificationComplies with all standard operating policies and proceduresPerforms other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties in this job classificationUnderstands and performs in accordance with all applicable regulatory and compliance requirementsComplies with all standard operating policies and procedures

Qualifications

EducationBachelor's Degree in marketing or relevant field with an approved portfolio of work preferredAssociate's Degree in digital design or relevant field with 3 years of professional experience developing email templates and website design and an approved portfolio of work. requiredExperience1-3 years of UX design required1-3 years of digital design experience with a solid understanding of the relationship between content, design, and technology as it relates to user engagement and conversion. requiredStrong creative aesthetic with national brand experience preferredResponsive design for evolving digital platforms: desktop, mobile, tablet requiredAble to translate marketing objectives into digital solutions requiredExpert in Adobe Creative Suite requiredMotion graphic design and video a plus requiredFront-end coding: html, css, javascript and associated requiredSEO, metadata and tagging requiredGoogle analytics requiredWorking knowledge of current marketing communications tools and technologies requiredDemonstrated ability to work across teams requiredDemonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines requiredDemonstrated ability to effectively communicate project status, deliverables, and results requiredKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesMarTech industry experience, preferably in a structured, process-driven environment requiredExpert knowledge of front-end coding languages: HTML, CSS, etc. as they apply to responsive website and email design preferredConceptualize, design and execute engaging digital media concepts: photography, content (graphics, animation, etc.) requiredAbility to translate business objectives into engaging and measurable digital experiences preferredExperience with discovery session for target audiences' needs, and goals and translate them into creative concepts requiredDemonstrated working knowledge of back-end technology architecture as it relates to web development and the design limitations and capabilities as they relate to various digital environments preferredMotion graphics, videography, and photography a plus preferredStrong project management, critical thinking, and attention to detail, with proactive communication skills requiredTools and TechnologyPersonal Computer (desktop, laptop, tablet, or mobile phone) requiredMicrosoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) requiredAdobe Creative Suite requiredEnterprise-level CMS, email, and Marketing Automation systems required#LI-Hybrid#LI-AB1
