We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and support our go-to-market functions. As our first marketing hire, you will be expected to produce autonomous results. You will be responsible for managing traditional marketing responsibilities, including core messaging, brand building, and lead generation campaigns. You will also collaborate cross-functionally with our product teams to understand our product value and launch timelines, equipping our sales and commercial teams with the right materials and messaging to drive deal closures. Additionally, you will need to deeply understand our existing market of PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) and our future markets in value-based care to tailor messaging and positioning that resonates with these clients. You will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer with a focus on driving educated leads and deal close rate percentage.What We Do:Intus Care is a healthcare analytics platform that synthesizes healthcare data to identify risks, visualize trends, and optimize care for PACE programs. Intus Care empowers care providers to mitigate high risk events and equips executives with the tools to make informed decisions based on comprehensive clinical and operational data. Our mission is to catalyze data driven change to achieve high-value, multi-disciplinary care for older adults. If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for driving customer success and scaling teams, we would love to hear from you!In This Role You Will:Brand Building:Lead initiatives to enhance and strengthen our brand presence across various channels, ensuring consistent and impactful brand messaging.Manage all social channels and outbound messaging and campaigns.

Develop a cohesive story and messaging framework that reflects our offerings and company mission.

Market Research:Conduct comprehensive market research to gather insights and data that inform our messaging, positioning, and overall marketing strategy. These markets will include PACE and adjacent value based care settings.

Cross-Functional Team Coordination:Collaborate closely with the product team and product owners to understand the value propositions of our offerings and align on product launch timelines.Equip sales teams with core messaging and presentations that adequately reflect our offerings.

Standardized Language:Develop and implement standardized language and messaging guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials and communications.

Sales Materials:Responsible for working with contracted designers to create all sales presentations and collateral. With input from our product and sales teams will be responsible for the development of all materials including pitch decks, one pagers, overview guides etc, to help move potential clients through our sales funnel.

Outbound Lead Generation Campaigns:Design, execute, and optimize outbound lead generation campaigns to drive awareness and generate qualified leads.

Website Oversight:Oversee the continuous improvement and refreshing of our website to ensure it reflects our brand, is user-friendly, and effectively converts visitors into leads.

Funnel Development:Ensure a robust and healthy marketing funnel by continuously monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing lead generation activities.Responsible for preparation and coordination for all relevant conferences.

Qualifications:Proven experience as a digital health marketing leader.

At least 7 years of experience in digital health marketing.

Extensive track record of successfully supporting marketing and go-to-market strategies for complex product launches.

Experience working closely with product teams to understand complex products and create resonating messaging.

Deep understanding of various healthcare models within the value-based care space.

Strong project management skills with the ability to develop detailed project and marketing plans.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with individuals and teams of varying backgrounds.

Demonstrated ability to deliver consistent results autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Must reside in the United States of America.
