It’s an exciting time to join the marketing team responsible for delivering aggressive growth for a top enterprise priority: Advice Growth. The Product Owner will lead the marketing strategy, roadmap, and cross-functional stakeholders in growing our Advice client base through a combination of cross-sell and prospect marketing.

This role:

Leads development of marketing strategy and roadmap to achieve business and marketing growth outcomes.

Guides marketing teams to execute in line with the vision and strategy for the work. Coaches team on business and product acumen, marketing strategy, and desired learnings and objectives.

Establishes strong partnership with business stakeholders to effectively integrate business priorities and marketing strategies.

Leads a team of cross-functional contributors in developing and prioritizing marketing initiatives to deliver on growth goals.

Leads a data-driven marketing program by defining measurable outcomes and establishing a regular performance feedback loop to drive continuous optimization of marketing strategies.

Serves as critical lead in forecasting and reporting marketing results.

Partner with cross-functional stakeholders in sales, client services, product management, and investment management to align and optimize cross-functional growth initiatives.

Develops and maintains a broad knowledge and awareness of marketing industry forces, competition, and trends to act as a trusted advisor in developing marketing strategies.

Ensures all steps are taken to mitigate risk and maintains control, compliance, audit, and legal requirements in marketing plans.

What it takes:

Minimum eight years related work experience, three years of marketing experience.

Market strategy experience

Undergraduate degree in Marketing or equivalent experience required.

While this role does not have direct reports, qualified candidates must have demonstrated success in leading and influencing a cross-functional team.
