Minimum requirements3+ yrs of GIS experienceExpertise with ArcGIS Online/ AGOL – able to set up hosted feature services and views from scratch and understand settings on both the layer and fields.LiDAr or Utility ExperienceArcGIS Online – Experienced in setting up Maps, Apps, Field Maps Forms, and Dashboards .
Responsibilities:
• Ortho photointerpretation and change detection analysis from LiDAR derived footprints acquired andclassified during the study period.o Attribution▪ Structure footprint type▪ Occupancy details• Perform Quality Control (QC) on active consequence areas and structure data and provide Quality Analysis(QA) recommendations for process improvement.• Reconcile and post edits to production databases and resolve data conflicts.• Provide process improvements for workflows related to HCA/MCA & structure identification and changedetection, and HCA/MCA data preparation processes.•Process DocumentationEvergreen will develop process documentation for new processes and document existing processes, accordingly.All newly developed processes or modified processes will require:• Process flow development• Provide recommendations and workflow diagrams for performing change detection workflows in EsriArcGIS Online or Portal.• AGOL Dashboard Support• Job aid developmentEvergreen will provide recommendations and workflow diagrams for performing change detection and buildingfootprint reviews in Esri ArcGIS Online or Portal (AGOL)
