As our Marketing Manager on the Business Insurance team, you'll be responsible for researching, developing, and communicating strategic marketing plans to meet the company's goalsThis position will serve as a strategic partner to the business line leader in growing market share and revenueThey will identify key growth goals and develop marketing campaigns and strategies to achieve those goalsThe Marketing Manager will lead and optimize marketing efforts for company campaigns and collaborate with multifunctional teams to execute themThis role focuses on strategic marketing and branding to support growth in sales and revenueYou will communicate and interact with all levels of management, colleagues, and internal customersAs the Marketing Manager, you will set the annual marketing and communications strategy for the business line which is closely tied to the marketing budget and revenue goalsYou will manage the budget annually, ensuring it is spent wisely and that overspending does not occurYou will develop and execute strategic marketing plans and programs tied to business objectives with particular focus on campaign strategy and proper identification of target audiences and channelsThis role will work closely with the SVP of Marketing & Communications Strategy to ensure coordinated sales and marketing campaigns and lead generation efforts across all business linesReports to business on results of marketing campaigns (ROMI dashboard)Develops subject matter expertise for key aspects of the business lineLiaisons with sales leadership to ensure coordinated national campaigns and lead generation campaignsWorks closely with national project coordinator to ensure project flow is seamless and core objectives are clearly definedEnsures clear and timely communications with all internal stakeholdersCollaborates to develop and implement core positioning and messaging to launch and promote new and existing products and servicesDevelops & manages the editorial calendar of events and communications for business line with coordination with the MMA master editorial calendarManages internal webinar execution for business lineWorks with other business line marketing managers to minimize/eliminate overlap and competing demandsAdheres to corporate branding guidelines as approved for the companyBenefits
