LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a CONTRACT 3-6 months We Developer with a focus on e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify, and will be responsible for building, customizing, and optimizing online stores in the Tampa Bay office.
**This is a contract role anticipated to last 3-6 months**
Responsibilities:Develop custom Shopify themes and templates.Translate design mock-ups into functional Shopify websites.Update and modify existing Shopify stores to enhance UI/UX.Customize and manage third-party Shopify apps.Manage backend databases, especially using Heroku.Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project delivery.Troubleshoot Shopify-related issues.Assist with selecting and implementing a PIM solution integrated with Shopify.
Qualifications:4+ years of experience in web development.4+ years of experience as a Shopify Developer with a strong portfolioProficient in Shopify platform, including Liquid templating language, APIs, and backend functionalities.HTML, CSS, SCSS, JavaScript, Liquid, and responsive design principles..Familiarity with testing and customizing third-party Shopify apps.Experience with backend database systems and management (Heroku, AWS, PostgreSQL).
Preferred Qualifications:Shopify certification(s), additional WooCommerce or Magento experience, A/B testing software and conversion rate optimization (CRO).Experience with WordPress development or migrating stores from WordPress to Shopify.Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.Experience with NetSuite ERP is a plus.
Education:Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college is preferred
Compensation:Hourly rate will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
