Requirements

A master's degree in instructional design/technology or a related field + 3 years of experience OR a bachelor's degree in the above field + 5 years of experience

Previous experience developing online learning courses or programs and curriculum development

Knowledge of instructional design principles, learning theories, and best practices in higher education

Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM (with potential to be hired full-time by our client)

Pay | $27 per hour

Instruction Designer Job Duties

Facility online and distance learning course development and delivery.

Ensure course content aligns with learning objectives.

Deliver training and workshops to staff and faculty as needed.

Conduct regular reviews and audits of instruction.

Communicate with other departments to support faculty needs.

Assist in assessing the effectiveness of professional development.

Gather training resources for faculty and staff.
