Marketing Manager - Cruises.
Pleasant Holidays is a subsidiary of the Automobile Club of Southern California, a diversified insurance, roadside assistance, financial services and travel organization serving AAA Members for more than 100 years.
Primary Duties:
Develop and execute Cooperative Marketing Plans, for Pleasant Holidays and Journese, with key cruise lines for Pleasant Holidays & Journese current and growing cruise portfolioNegotiate and secure Cooperative Marketing funds with designated cruise linesDevelop and execute marketing strategies, campaigns and promotions to drive incremental revenue for cruisesWork with the National Account Marketing Manager to include cruise marketing within the National Account marketing plansWork with the Product Team to ensure proper product support and exposure while supporting cooperative marketing revenue goalsWork with the Sales Team, including Sales Manager, Cruises, to ensure necessary tools are provided to generate and increase salesWork with the Training Specialist to ensure training materials properly support the company's cruise portfolio while focusing on educating travel advisors/key accountsEnsure all Sales & Marketing initiatives, print and digital, support the revenue goals of Pleasant Holidays & JournesePerform other duties as assignedPrerequisites:
BA in Business Administration/Marketing or a minimum of 3 years' experience in travel related marketingCruise and hospitality knowledgeAdditional destination knowledge preferredMust be proficient in Microsoft OfficeStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to travel as required
Location:
Westlake Village, CA; will consider remote
The starting pay range for this position is $65,000 - $70,000 annually. Additionally, you will be eligible to participate in our management incentive program based upon the achievement of certain corporate financial and personal business goals and objectives for Pleasant Holidays.
