We are a growing company with opportunities to work alongside some of the best people in the industry.We are looking for a motivated Marketing Manager with 2-5 years of experience in hospitality or restaurant marketing. This individual will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies that align with our brand’s vision. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing all marketing channels, including websites, social media, public relations, events, content creation, and collateral. This position requires a strong understanding of the food and beverage industry, creativity, and excellent problem-solving skills. Knowledge of the San Francisco restaurant scene is a plus.Key Responsibilities Include:Marketing Strategy:Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth across our portfolio of restaurants.Branding:Maintain and evolve the brand identity across all touchpoints, ensuring all marketing materials and communications are aligned with our brand values.Digital Marketing:Oversee website content management, social media strategy, email marketing campaigns, and online advertising efforts to ensure consistent and impactful online presence.Public Relations & Media:Manage relationships with media outlets, coordinate press releases, and collaborate on PR strategies to promote our restaurants' stories and events.Event Planning:Coordinate and execute marketing events, promotions, and activations that enhance the guest experience and increase foot traffic.Graphic Design & Signage:Create or oversee the creation of visually appealing marketing collateral, including digital and print materials, restaurant signage, and promotional items.Collaboration:Work closely with the Director of Marketing, Operations Team, and on-site General Managers to ensure marketing efforts align with operational goals and enhance the overall guest experience.On-Site Presence:Participate in scheduled meetings at our restaurant locations to stay connected with the team and ensure marketing strategies are effectively implemented.Qualifications:Experience:2-5 years of experience in hospitality or restaurant marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns and projects.Skills:Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and public relations.
