What you will do:

LOCAL BRAND STRATEGY MANAGEMENT

Responsible for implementing the brand strategy for Switzerland to match the different goals (launch of the brand in German swiss speaking region, improve global brand awareness, support product launch, etc...) and in line with global brand strategy.

Support the Marketing Manager in the selection of the relevant media planning (display, radio, TV, partnerships), KPIs monitoring and measure media impact with the help of central team.

Chose the relevant external events (food, tech and other places of influence), where TheFork has to be present and define the appropriate calendar.

Identify and establish the relevant brand partnerships.

LOCAL B2C & B2B COMMUNICATION CONTENT

Copywriting: imagine the next "inspirational" campaigns and build the content for B2C & support B2B in French (CRM, Blog, Social media).

Defines key communication messages, key themes of the yearly marketing plan (« marronniers ») and their orchestration during the year – in collaboration with CRM, restaurant offer, sales…

Responsible for defining and producing all marketing-related content (written and visual) to « package » the offer, within brand guidelines.

Responsible for defining and producing all brand-related content for local external communication supports in collaboration with relevant local and international teams.

Responsible for written content in all touchpoints (press releases, blog articles, banners, social media post & stories, press tool kit, presentations, sales kit, etc...).

Working on projects on a DACH level to expand your knowledge and share local ideas, feedbacks, learnings and wins with the marketing team.

PUBLIC RELATIONS, LOCAL COMMUNITY AND SOCIAL MEDIA ACTIVATION

Defines PR strategy and calendar (B2B and B2C) and continue to lead the PR agency in the Swiss-French market.

Defines and rolls out local community/ influencers plan and social media strategy in line with brand strategy and guidelines.

In charge of day-to-day community and influencers activation.

Operates day-to-day management of social media.

Audits TheFork presence in all social networks and make recommendations on how to optimize/ improve it.

Defines and deepens the social media and PR – related KPIs.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION MANAGEMENT & MONITORING

Follow up brand awareness, NPS and irritants.

Make recommendations to improve those KPIs.

Who you are:

Main competences:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing studies or relevant experience in operating in the field of marketing.

You've had 1-3 years experience in marketing / brand / PR management on the agency's or company's side.

You love writing and you are recognized for your excellent written communication skills and your ability to create inspiring content (Press Release, post, stories, blog articles, presentation).

Excellent project management, organizational and planning skills.

Understanding of the digital marketing, and the complementarity between on and offline campaigns.

You master social media - and really love it!

A wide degree of creativity.

You are rigorous & pay attention to details.

Native level of French, fluent in English, German as a plus.

Preferably based in Geneva.

You love food, curious to experience new restaurants and have a lot of passion for the industry.
