UX Design SkillsA successful candidate will have at least 5+ years of experience as a product designer or a similar background within user experience, design, research, or a related field.Comfortable collaborating with multiple UX designers simultaneously.Thought leadership with strong knowledge of UX processes, tools, storytelling, and best practices to apply to various kinds of products.Skilled in crafting end-to-end customer experiences by collaborating with and influencing partner teams to enable good user experiences holistically.Comfortable wireframing, whiteboarding, or diagramming your ideas to create a shared understanding with the UX team and product and engineering.You are comfortable using both formal and informal methods to gather and give feedback.Comfortable spending 30% of your time engaged in product-led UX design is required.UI Design SkillsFamiliarity and experience with standard design and collaboration tools, such as, Figma and Miro is required.Proven knowledge of primitives, semantics, variables, and tokens in Figma is required.Experience creating and updating components in Figma-hosted design systems is required.Knowledgeable in desktop-web, and mobile-web application design is required.Comfortable spending 70% of your time managing a design system is required.All-Around Designer SkillsA curious mind with a love for finding problems, experimenting with solutions, and learning.A proven understanding of design cycles and managing scope is required.Familiarity with complex systems and enterprise software is preferred.Familiar with Scaled Agile practices is preferred.Experience leveraging qualitative and quantitative data to drive design decisions is preferred.
