RequirementsDesign Expertise: You're an expert in Figma, and you've got a keen eye for design.Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors in Information Design, Human Centered Design, Industrial Design, or Psychology.User-Centered Approach:You understand the importance of user-centered design processes and methods.Requirements Analysis: You know how to gather, document, and analyze business, functional, and user requirements.Prototyping Skills: You have experience in UI prototyping and conducting usability analysis and testing.High-Fidelity Designs: You've created high-fidelity designs while keeping engineering specifications in mind.Design System: Experience with building and maintaining a Design System.Educational Background: You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field like Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors in Information Design, Human-Centered Design, Industrial Design, or Psychology.Industry Experience:Prior experience in technology products for industries like construction, automotive, aerospace, or manufacturing is a plus.Team Player:You're comfortable working in fast-paced product and design environments, and you've even been the sole designer on a team.Collaboration: Experience working with geographically distributed teams is a bonus.Design Tools: Knowledge of design libraries for React web applications and proficiency with design and management tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision, Jira, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, and Android.
