Senior User Experience Designer

Salary is 120k to 175kSeeking a Senior UX Designer with exceptional skills in Figma. As a key member of our UX/UI design team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our digital products. You should be passionate about creating intuitive and seamless user interfaces while keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices.Responsibilities:Lead the UX/UI design process from concept to implementation for our digital products.Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into user-centric designs.Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma, ensuring design consistency and efficiency.Conduct usability testing and gather feedback, iterating designs based on user data and insights.Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence within the team.Stay updated on emerging UX/UI trends, tools, and technologies, integrating them into our design processes as appropriate.Advocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to a positive user experience across all digital platforms.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field (Master's degree preferred).Proven experience as a UX/UI designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your Figma expertise and design process.Expertise in Figma, including proficiency in creating interactive prototypes and collaborating with team members using Figma's collaborative features.Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and usability testing methodologies.Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.Experience in leading design projects and mentoring junior team members.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment with a proactive and collaborative approach.
