Technical Writer

Job Duties: The Technical writer shall closely align with design team to gather necessary information for accurate and detailed documentation file Utilize latest templates and documentation practices to streamline quality reviews Documenting of Design reviews, Component Requirements documents, Architecture documents, Test requirements, Test protocols and Test Traceability reports, Development Plans, DFMEAs and specifications Work with development and Test leads to identify documentation repositories, revise and edit, and determine best solutions for data compilation and storage
Required skills and qualifications: Five Plus years of experience as an effective technical writer Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex design architectures and test systems functionality Experience in writing documentation and procedure manuals for various cross functional teams Superb written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail Experience in working with engineers to refine content, and create visuals and diagrams for technical support content Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred skills and qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Bio Medical (or) Instrumentation engineering, communications, or relevant technical field Firm understanding of SDLC (systems development lifecycle) Experience in using XML tools to create documentation
