About the Role:Due to new contracts with a major global OTT platform, our client now have a need to expand their Technical Operations Centre team, with the addition of further TOC Video Technicians.Within this role you would be working on Tier 2 support, monitoring and maintaining technical operations of integrated systems for customers’ subscription video services.You would be responsible for rectifying or escalating any issues as appropriate, working with internal and external stakeholders.The teams operate on a rota basis, including evenings and weekends, based out of their office in LA.This role will report into the Operations Manager, with supervisors also covering each shift.
