A media organization in New York is actively seeking an experienced professional to join their staff as their new Marketing Transformation Project Manager. In this role, the Marketing Transformation Project Manager will be responsible for leading the migration from our legacy platform to Salesforce.Responsibilities:The Marketing Transformation Project Manager will:Track program deliverablesIdentify, document project risks and assist in risk mitigationDocument & communicate project status and updates to stakeholdersDocument & follow-up on action items & key take-aways from executive meetingsDrive continuous improvement in project management processesHandle challenging personalities and conflicting priorities with professionalism and tactWork in an agile environment, ensuring projects are delivered iteratively and collaboratively
Qualifications:3-5 years of project management and / or program management experienceExperience in creating project plans and driving themExperience in manage program artifacts such as risk tracker, Action item tracker, deliverables tracker etc.Experience with Salesforce and a deep understanding of marketing processes are desirable but not necessary.
Desired Skills:Salesforce experience
Bachelor's degree in a related field
