The Opportunity
Delaware North Gaming is searching for a Marketing Manager to join our team at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. As Marketing Manager, you will lead a team responsible for the strategic planning, direction, and implementation of all marketing promotions, events, advertising, and database marketing at Southland Casino.
Pay
Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $56900 - $76800 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. Responsibilities
Adhere to the marketing plan set forth by the leaders by developing promotions, advertising, and database plan to provide the team with the necessary information to achieve successful results
Direct graphic and content designer in the development and production of collateral pieces, in conjunction with external agencies, to promote the property and its activities
Serve as liaison between the company and player tracking vendor in regards to system issues, communicating all issues to leadership
Qualifications
Must be able to obtain and maintain a state gaming license and have a bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
Experience developing, organizing, and evaluating promotions, documenting and developing execution plans, marketing sales, and assessing operations, staffing, and fiscal needs
Minimum of 3 years' experience in advertising, promotions, and database casino marketing supervisory position required or equivalent combination of education and experience will be accepted providing the required skills and knowledge for successful performance
Working knowledge of SQL, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, desktop publishing programs (i.e. Quark Xpress, Photoshop, and Acrobat) required
Strong understanding of P&L, pro and post-forma, and checkbook accounting
