Estimated starting salary is $1147-$1434 per week.

Job Specifications:

At least 2-4 years of relevant experience

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field

Experience preferred with Marketing Automation email platform

Excellent understanding of email execution, concepts and metrics, deliverability and best practices, email marketing trends, technologies, and privacy laws

Excellent knowledge of leveraging social media channels for effective marketing efforts, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube

Experience managing vendors and agencies

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Financial services/banking marketing background strongly preferred

Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite and other software applications in the Windows environment

Knowledge of and experience with tracking and analytics tools;

Team player that is reliable, flexible, helpful and works well in a collaborative environment

Detail-oriented, superior organizational and project management skills

Fast learner, highly motivated, self-starter and creative

Client-centric and service oriented positive attitude

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

Email:

Be the owner and subject matter expert (SME)of the Bank’s email marketing channel

Manage multiple simultaneous email campaigns from start to finish, including planning, launching, evaluating, and reporting; factor learnings to optimize next set of campaigns

Collaborate with the marketing team and business units to understand email needs for multi-channel marketing campaigns, onboarding, and engagement journeys

Monitor and report performance of email marketing campaigns with clear KPIs and adjust strategy of underperforming campaigns

Act as the in-house expert for email tools such as Marketing Automation platform to ensure the smooth functioning of the email marketing program

Develop ongoing strategies to optimize for email performance and conversions

Social Media

Be the owner and SME of the Bank’s social media marketing channel (using Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Blogs and more as developed), responsible for ensuring social media is leveraged appropriately and successfully as part of marketing, brand awareness and engagement efforts

Work with supervisor and social media agency to design and implement a social media strategy that is aligned with business objectives and drives measurable business results

Report on the effectiveness of the social media marketing program, both organic and paid, by outlining clear KPIs

Monitor social media community engagement to protect brand reputation and to identify emerging issues that could impact the brand

Create and execute social media marketing campaigns

General Marketing Responsibilities:

Create digital content related to the company's services and products for posting on the website, social media, and through e-mail campaigns and other channels to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Effectively communicate the features and benefits of the Bank’s products and services through the design and development of all marketing communications utilizing current computer graphic software applications.

Interact with Departments/Branches by developing materials requested for daily business activities.

Development and modification of advertising materials for marketing campaigns and promotions.

Assist with ensuring a consistent look and feel across Bank websites, social media outlets, applications and intranets by developing and promoting a uniform branding strategy.

Assist with the development, deployment and management of messaging displayed on ATMs and Marketing TVs. Interact with vendors and Departments/Branches to troubleshoot problems and ensure performance standards.

Help out as needed by performing other related duties which may be required from time to time.
