Advanced Practice Providers (Nurse Practitioners /Physician Assistants) are a growing and critical segment of healthcare providers (HCPs) delivering patient care. The Product Director, APP Strategy, Gastroenterology will develop disruptive strategies and solutions to elevate customer confidence and accelerate adoption of approved JJIM gastroenterology products. This position will work closely with franchise marketing teams, synthesize and translate customer insights into actions, and drive field execution to achieve the mission. Gastroenterology franchise is a highly visible business across JJIM, and this APP-dedicated position offers opportunity to develop expertise specific to this growing customer segment across many of the JJIM businesses.

Key Responsibilities:Lead the franchise APP strategy, manage an Agency of Record in leveraging research and market insights to develop optimized positioning, messaging and educational materials to accelerate adoption of approved products.Collaborate with a cross-functional team, including a newly launched field-based APP Ambassador team, to gain deep understanding of the needs of the customer segment and translate insights into high impact tactics. A sampling of broad-based cross-functional collaboration partners includes Sales, Field Reimbursement Managers, PECS, Learning Excellence, Medical/Med Affairs, and Commercial Insights & Strategy.Lead CAC review/approval of marketing materials; partner with legal, medical, regulatory & HCC to deliver compliant strategies and tactics.Demonstrate strong strategic and operational planning excellence to ensure proactive and timely cross-functional plans; Responsible for delivering the HCP Marketing Tactical plan and continued optimization of plan in addition to BME accountability.• We believe the values that guide our decision-making are guided by Our Credo, and this challenges us to put the needs and well-being of the people we serve first.• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Pharmaceutical Science or an equivalent is required. An MBA is helpful, but not required.

• A minimum of 5 years relevant business experience is required, of which a minimum of 3 years of successful and progressive experience in Sales and/or Marketing, Payer, Patient Support Programs or related fields is helpful.

• Pharmaceutical sales experience is a plus.

• Prior experience working in Gastroenterology is strongly preferred .

• Extraordinary leadership and communication skills, having demonstrated the ability to lead collaboration across teams, inspire without authority, and support risk-taking.

• People leadership experience is a plus.

• Self-starter, highly accountable, and have strong project planning and organization skills.

• Experience handling multiple demands and priorities on time, leading teams, gaining alignment and driving decision-making is crucial to success in this position.

• This role will be 3 days a week in the Horsham, PA office and may require up to 25% domestic travel.

This position reports to the Marketing & Field Director, APP Strategy, Gastroenterology.
