Overview

A digital content syndication manager is responsible for distributing suppliers’ digital content across various online platforms and channels to reach a wider customer audience. This role requires a combination of creative marketing skills, regulatory compliance knowledge, and a deep understanding of digital channels and consumer behavior.

Primary Responsibilities

Track supplier’s content requests to optimize syndication efforts via Salsify and Syndigo platforms.

Work closely with supplier’s content teams to ensure content is provided in timely manner and meets the requirements of different retailers.

Monitor content gaps by analyzing various reports and submitting missing content to the appropriate retailer.

Establish and nurture relationships with suppliers.

Participate in training webinars to deliver educational content to the suppliers.

Stay informed about emerging trends, consumer preferences, and digital marketing innovations within the alcohol beverages category.

Help establishing new retailer connections.

Lead and manage a team of content professionals.

Perform additional responsibilities and duties as assigned by management.

Additional Primary Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

Previous Salsify or Syndigo experience is required.

Knowledge of alcoholic beverages category is preferred.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ability to work with large amount of complex data.

Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and ability to create PowerPoint professional presentations.

Solid level of ability in juggling various projects and priorities, a high attention to detail, and a solution oriented working style.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present ideas and information clearly.

Thorough and detailed with documentation and communication, and efficient enough to meet deadlines.

Strong project and time management skills, able to be self-directed and proactively manage and direct multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
